To give journalists the best possible service, while maintaining the standards set to protect donor/recipient confidentiality, CBC/CTS public relations representatives have established the following guidelines for scheduling interviews, shooting video or taking photographs:
A representative from the public relations/marketing staff will arrange interviews with CBC/CTS staff upon request from media representatives.
Advance notice is appreciated when requesting an interview so that detailed arrangements can be made.
Media representatives must be accompanied at all times by a CBC/CTS public relations/marketing staff member or other designated person at a CBC/CTS fixed site location or at CBC/CTS sponsored events.
To protect the confidentiality of our donors/recipients, publication consent forms must be signed before any interviews, photography or video recording can take place.
